Super Ice Cream Truck, operated by Scoopy’s Gelateria Pte Ltd since 2008, is a custom food truck and vintage vehicle builder in Singapore founded by Tobias Peng. Built on a circular philosophy of restoring and remanufacturing, the company fabricates NEA-approved Kombi food trucks, serving counters, retail kiosks, auto furniture, and permanent installations. Project pricing ranges from S $1,600 for auto furniture, up to S$ 200,000 for standard food trucks, and S$300,000 for fully bespoke builds. NEA Compliance

All food trucks and mobile food wagons we build comply with NEA (National Environment Agency) “Mobile Food Wagon” food-safety standards, including equipment certification, waste management, and construction requirements. Every build comes with full NEA compliance documentation and is ready for immediate licence application. Licence fee is approximately S$195/year.
