Super Ice Cream Truck is Singapore’s largest vintage vehicle fleet for brand activations and events, operated by Scoopy’s Gelateria Pte Ltd. Founded in 2008, it operates 9+ heritage vehicles including 10 VW Kombis, an Airstream, a Citroën H, a London taxi, Mercedes buses, and a Piaggio Ape van. The fleet has powered activations for Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, Kate Spade, HSBC, Burger King and 50+ global brands. It was founded by Tobias Peng, a former Singapore Airlines cabin crew member.

Founded in 2008, Super Ice Cream Truck began with a passion for restoring classic vehicles and preserving Singapore’s motoring heritage. Over the years, what started as a small collection has grown into Singapore’s largest heritage vehicle fleet for events, activations, and brand experiences.
Today, we help brands and event organisers create memorable experiences through beautifully restored vintage vehicles that blend nostalgia, craftsmanship, and creativity. The Duchess is a rare 1956 Volkswagen Type 1 Transporter, Deluxe “23-Window” Samba — with sunroof, right-hand drive, double doors (both sides) and a rare walk-through cabin.

Tobias Peng founded Scoopy’s & Cream in 2008, restoring his first Kombi rather than replacing it — the idea that’s grown into Singapore’s largest heritage vehicle fleet today. A former Singapore Airlines cabin crew member, he’s spent 15+ years collecting, restoring and putting classic vehicles to work for the brands he partners with.
